Chief Executive Officer

Shina Abiola-Peller

Mr Shina is the Chairman CEO of Aquila Group of Companies. Aquila Group consists of Aquila Oil & Gas Ltd, Aquila Building & Projects, Aquila Records, Aquila Global Resources Ltd; Quilox Nightclub, Zelalem BDC, 6ix Restaurant.

Mr. Peller has worked across several key functions with various blue chip organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) and a Master’s degree in Business Management. He has several years of international experience of providing business analysis and consultancy to major corporations and helping businesses deliver and achieve their strategic goals. Shina has managed and delivered various strategy related projects, including business process re-engineering, acquisitions and business integration. He is a highly motivated and articulate professional who brings with him extensive management and business development experience and expertise spanning across many key business areas.

Chief Operating Officer

Sylvia Nzeakor-Williams serves as Aquila’s Chief Operating Officer.

Mrs. Nzeakor-Williams offers 10 years of music experience in multiple areas spanning from music production, artist management, publishing services and business partnerships.

Mrs. Nzeakor-Williams holds B.S in Legal Studies with a minor in Business from Nova Southeastern University, and a Masters Certification in Global Communications. She’s also a Certified Speaking Professional.


Ninalowo Boladale is presently the Assistant General Manager of Aquila Records. He has worked with the likes of Sunday Are (List Entertainment) where he was assigned to manage D’Prince of Mavin Records and was also the Online Publicist to the management outfit. While with List Entertainment he co-released WizKid’s “Expensive Shit”, DPrince’s “OYO” and “Nonso”, amongst other projects.

Moving to Aquila as Tillaman’s personal manager and head of Team Tilla, he released “Oni Reason” and the success of this project earned him promotion to the position of Assistant General Manager and Head of Promotions.

He has gone on to champion hit releases like Airboy’s Ayepo and Base One’s Gbefun (with Small Doctor).

Boladale has organized series of events amongst which are FUSION, BeSeenNBeHeard, The Hood Concert, Independent Jamz with Deejay Phuxxy, etc.

He is a writer, public relations executive and voice over artist. Some of his works here include his article Review of the Nigerian music industry and his interview column on Redwine Music site where he has featured Local and international acts.
Asides his work with Aquila Records, Boladale is also the CEO Soundsea2media.


Shem Kadir is a writer, event, talent, content and creative management expert. Born Abdulkadir Danazumi Shamsiyah, Shem hails from Wushishi local government area in Niger state, she is the first of three children.
She is dogged and prides herself in her ability to go above and beyond to get the job done and also heropenness to learn. In 2013 -2014 Shem Kadir was a content creator on the online platform Olodonation where she wrote articles, poems, short stories and news. While in the University of Lagos where she studied Cell Biology and Genetics Shem Kadir was an event planner and worked with Sulcata Entertainment to bring shows like Miss Unilag 2014, Miss Unilag 2015, Miss Lasu 2015, Road to MAMA 2015, MTV Sugar Tour 2015(Unilag) and a host of others to life. She has also worked at events like Continental Basket Ball League, African Basket Ball League, Mr and Miss medilag (2013, 2014 and 2015), Groove and Giggle 2 and the list goes on.

Shem Kadir is presently the protocol officer at Aquila Records and a Pr and Marketing personnel with Aquila Group of companies. Shem Kadir is also a manager at her cousin’s talent management group Creep Entertainment, and intends to move the A and R industry in Nigeria to a whole different level. She has a good hear for music, eye for promising talent and is a solution provider in cases that require extreme caution.A Muslim by faith Shem Kadirbelieves in the power of a supernatural being, her major motivation in life is her younger ones and everyone who one way or the other looks up to her, her role model is her late mother. Shem draws inspiration from Night life King Sir Shina Peller and International Music Mogul Swizz beat, and is working hard towards being a stake holder in the Nigerian Entertainment Industry.


ThankGod Chijioke Okafor (aka DJ Boyfriend) is an artiste manager with Aquila Records.

He’s primarily a renowned DJ and has played in places like Dv8 Club, Quilox, Movida, Lacasa, Do It All, MVP club, and is presently the resident DJ at Industry Nite.

DJing crossed his path with Airboy many years ago and after personally taking up management of the budding talent back then, they’ve since grown together and are still going strong.


Bolaji Serah Funmilayo (aka Babyluv) is the General Manager at Aquila Records. She hails from Ilesha in Osun State and was born on 20th September.

Babyluv has worked with artistes like Harrysong, Snow, Seriki, 9ice, Wise and Alapomeji Records, while also pulling off events like 2012 Glo Mega Jam in Offa (Kwara State), Elphlex School Of Thoughts, Delta Alive 2017, Independence Concert with DJ Amendio, amongst others.

She joined Aquila in 2016 as Que Peller’s manager and has since taken on both Airboy and Base One as well.

She’s been honored with the award of Promising Artiste Manager in 2014 and 2017 with NBAS and VJ Amendio. She’s has also been nominated by the Nigerian Hype Awards as Artiste Manager of the Year.

Asides her work with Aquila Records, Babyluv is also the CEO of Queensland Collections.


Tunde Oyepitan (aka Tedex) is a media manager at Aquila Records. He handles the media plug-ins and follow up of the label’s projects.
